OPI Serena Williams Glam Slam France (part 1)

Hi there~

I was waiting for the Serena duo sets for a long time and finally I've got them! Today, I will show you the complex Rally Pretty Pink and beautiful Red Shatter. This duo set was released to celebrate the French Open!

Let's start with Rally Pretty Pink. So this lacquer is a pink-gold-brown toned polish packed with gold sparkles. The finish is a foil, metallic one. It is in fact a very complex shade. According to the angle at which light hits your nail, it will look gold, coppery rosy or dark plum. If I had to summary Rally Pretty Pink with only one color I would say it's a coppery rosy shade. It's the color I can see most of the time with normal light (no flash, no direct sunlight, but the light you have in your flat when you don't put your nails directly under a light source!). But describing it with only one color is a bit difficult. It's nearly a quadrichrome (can we say that? :p ) with copper-pink-plum-gold.

So here are the pictures. I took many so that you can see the different shades it can take!

I used 3 coats for these pictures because with 2 coats, you could still  see a hit of visible nail line. But 3 coats were perfect! If you use Red Shatter on top, you can easily go with 2 coats only. Application was very easy!

And then here is the final look with Red Shatter on top! I show you my left and right hand so that you can see better how Red Shatter shatters! :p

Red Shatter is a jelly crackle. It dries matt but a top coat litteraly brings it back to life! It's absolutely gorgeous and probably one of my favourite shatter! Look at how cool a jelly shatter is! I find this combo (Rally Pretty Pink and Red Shatter) really pretty! Red Shatter shatters much so that you can still see very well the color you have underneath!
